Wes Holland broker of Lands of Cotton Real Estate grew up in North Alabama in the Trinity, Hillsboro area. Loving real estate and the great outdoors was always in his heart. Wes says "just being outside around nature and the Tennessee river growing up was a blessing". Hunting deer, ducks, and arrowheads on his uncle's farms were his biggest forms of entertainment. He always said he wanted a piece of land of his own one day to enjoy. After many different jobs and owning a restaurant among other endeavors his other dream of real estate sales came true as well. " There is nothing like owning your own home, land, and enjoying it as you please." So, a little later own on Wes got involved in real estate and helping others find their own property to enjoy. Having a home, a place to hunt, fish, and raise cattle to own your own property is a true American Dream.
The old saying that says " There is no place like home" is very true! Wes enjoys all types of hunting, fishing, collecting, cooking, and riding ATVs around the farm. Wes is married to his best friend Shelia and partner in Lands of Cotton Real Estate LLC. Wes and Shelia work as a team and their promise is to treat everyone with respect, dignity and as a family! Our name Lands of Cotton Real Estate derived from Alabama the beautiful being the cotton state. Alabama is known for the cotton that it produces and our family background working in the fields. Wes and Shelia stop daily and take pictures of the cotton fields and sunsets close to their home by the Tennessee River. We often grill out set on the porch with our dog Russ and thank God for our family, friends, and blessings to live in the great state of Alabama.
